We provide color management consulting, print production services, and online consulting programs (such as digital courses, training packages, or subscription-based advisory services) (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and purchase or enrollment in our Services, including any online consulting programs. By accessing the Site, submitting information, or purchasing/enrolling in any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our Services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service (or part thereof) at any time without notice.
3. Accounts and Access

Online consulting programs are digital products with immediate or near-immediate access. Due to the nature of digital delivery, **all sales are final and non-refundable**, except in limited cases:

- No refunds for partial completion, dissatisfaction with content, or change of mind.

- Share login credentials or grant access to others.

7. User Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mann & Co. Inc., its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from or related to the Site/Services, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification

11. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
