Can I speak with someone before I purchase?

If you have any questions about any of our services, want to make sure you purchase the right one or need help finding one that would be best for you, we can certainly help! Do I have to use a credit card?

Yes, you must have a valid credit card to purchase all services.  All transactions are in USD. We do not accept Paypal.

What if I can't find the marketing service I need?

We try to offer a wide variety of marketing services, but there’s a chance we might not have covered it all. If you have a specific marketing need, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or via live chat and let us know. We might already have it in the works, or we could see if it’s one we’d look to add.

I have a really short deadline. Can this be completed in time?

If you have any questions about if the project can be completed in the time you need, feel free to live chat with us or send an email to [email protected]. Let us know your deadline and which particular service you’re interested in, and we’ll see if we can make it happen!

Is this a one-time purchase or a monthly service?

We offer both one-time and monthly services. You can tell which ones are monthly by looking next to the listed price and seeing “/mo.” Monthly services are recurring, based on a 30-day cycle and automatically renew.

Do monthly services automatically renew?

Once you purchase a monthly service, you’re all set. The service will automatically renew on a 30-day cycle, which means no headaches on your end – it’s all streamlined for you! You can cancel the service anytime via your dashboard or by emailing us at [email protected].

Why are some services monthly?

There are a few reasons why. Some services, like Hand Crafted Leads and Blog Posts, work great on a monthly service because you’ll receive excellent, new leads/content from month to month. Some other services just work best if they’re spread out over more time. You’re free to pause any of our monthly services at any time you would like and can do so in your “Purchases” tab on your dashboard.

For Agencies: Using our services for your own clients.

Some of our agency clients use our services to supplement projects for their clients! You would purchase the service under your account and work with us to complete the project on behalf of your client. Present the finished project to your client and voila! We’ll keep our lips sealed.

I just bought my first service. Now what?

You’re awesome! After you make a purchase, the service will be located on your dashboard. We will be in touch shortly, via our message feature, to let you know we’re beginning or to ask any questions before we get started. You can also feel free to introduce yourself in a message to us, ask any questions, or provide more info about what you need for your project.

What if I need to speak with you?

We encourage communication with our clients. We have the message feature for just that. We will reach out once you purchase a service to let you know we’re getting started. Feel free to ask us any questions you have, add any information you want us to know, or make any requests. You can send us a message anytime throughout the project.

I'm having trouble connecting with you.

As you can imagine, we can get pretty busy doing work for all our clients. If you need something or have a question and haven’t heard back from us, please feel free to reach out to us on live chat or at [email protected]. We’ll make sure to connect with you promptly.

The onboarding worksheet wasn't detailed enough.

Sometimes a particular service requires more information than we even thought to ask. No worries! Please fill out the onboarding form as detailed as possible, and you can always tell us more. Send us a message anytime with additional info, research or information, anything you forgot to mention previously, etc. The more we understand what you’d like, the better the service will be.

How do I know my service is being worked on?

We guarantee, it is! However, if you have any concerns that your project isn’t being given proper attention, please reach out to us immediately. Send us a message asking for a progress update and to make sure we don’t need anything from you at that time. If you asked for an update, but we didn’t get back to you after a few days of sending, send us an email at [email protected].

My service is taking a little long to complete.

We are crazy efficient with our work, but we understand some services might require a bit more time. If you feel like yours is taking longer than expected, please share your concerns with us. It’s always a good idea to be upfront with us about any deadlines you have as soon as you purchase so that we can keep this in mind.

How do I cancel a monthly service?

If you would like to cancel your monthly service, you can do so via your dashboard. Look on the Purchases tab > Info > Cancel Subscription button. Monthly services are based on a 30-day renewal, and it’s best to cancel it one or two days before you believe it is set to renew for another month. However, you’re able to cancel at any time.

Will my service continue through the month if I cancel early?

Yep! You can cancel your monthly service anytime and we will continue to work on it for the rest of your paid month. Feel free to send us a friendly reminder if you’d like to double check that we’re still working on it.

Can I resume one of my canceled services?

Of course. You can resume any of your canceled services on your dashboard. We’re happy to have you back!

How do I know when a one-time service is finished?

We will send you your final project. It’s important to make sure you’re happy with your deliverables before we mark it complete. Once it’s received, please send any feedback or edit requests ASAP. You will have three days once we mark the project complete to make requests for any changes.

What if I forgot to cancel my service before it renewed?

We get it; sometimes things can slip through the cracks. If this happens to you, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

What if I'm not happy with my final project?

Bummer! The first step if you’re not happy with your project is to send feedback and suggested edits to us. If, after speaking with us to make adjustments you’re still not entirely satisfied, please send us an email at [email protected].
